Implementing the Junior Golf Passport has boosted junior participation at Abbeydale GC.
OWNERSHIP OF LICENCE AND/OR RESOURCES
1) Introduction
The licence to access the Junior Golf Passport and all associated resources is granted to the club/facility, not to an individual. Therefore, regardless of how payment is made, the Golf Foundation considers any resources (provided or purchased) to be the property of the club/facility. Should the individual running the programme leave the club/facility, the resources should remain at the club/facility.
2) Reimbursement
If an individual requires reimbursement for all or part of the licence fee, or for resources purchased, as a result of leaving a club/facility or passing the running of the programme to another operator at the same club/facility, this is a matter between the individual and the club/facility or new operator. The Golf Foundation will not provide reimbursements to an individual who leaves a licensed club/facility or where the programme is taken over by another operator.
